With locations throughout London, Market Place supports small, local businesses by bringing their culinary delights and retail goods to market at a fraction of the cost they would incur with traditional leasing.
These community destinations go far beyond a food court, offering regular events, entertainment, and free WiFi for those seeking an alternative workspace.
Custom Neon's Senior Designer Rafiu works with interior architecture and design studio FNSHD creating illuminated text signs, artwork and logos to light up each Market Place location. To date, we've made over 30 LED neon signs for both the Market Place venues and vendors.

A place to meet, socialise and support local businesses, street food hubs like Market Place are boosting neighbourhood economies and giving start-ups the opportunity to thrive. Their 5 London locations host over 50 independent traders offering a dizzying array of high-quality food and drinks alongside live music, community events and workspace.
The LED neon signs we were commissioned to make include multiple branded tagline signs such as "Market Place is the place to be", cheeky quote signs like "Stop thinking Start drinking", brilliant wall art, and wayfinding signage including "The Bar", "Right this way" and "WC".
On behalf of Market Place, FNSHD also ordered unique signage for individual venues. Beautifully styled on lush plant walls, these "love local" signs look fantastic and are popular selfie backdrops.
The custom light signs we've made for Market Place augment the warm, welcoming aesthetic FNSHD has created, while our bright fluorescent colours elevate the venues' fresh, positive vibe.
As the Market Place locations opened and businesses moved in, we started to receive enquiries from traders who were interested in ordering their own Custom Neon signs. Above and below, you can see a handful of the quote signs, art and logo signs we created for vendors, including - but definitely not limited to - Huli Huli, Mamma Mia Pasta, and East Tea & Co.
Mounted against greenery, wooden panels, brick and tiles, our LED neon signs offer Market Place venues and vendors a cost effective way to add branding, wall decor and directional signage that is easy to install and has low energy consumption.
